Which platforms do you support?

At Debble we focus on the best stack out there: Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. We support SharePoint 2013, 2016 and of course SharePoint Online. For all of these platform, ready to go installations are available.

How do you bring updates?

Without diving into technical details: we update you remote from our offices. We use a dedicated remote provisioning engine and every customer has his own. This technology is used for, among other things, performing the updates. During the update there is no down-time.

How long does it take to implement Debble?

However the exact number is depending on you as a customer, the average Debble implementation lead time is 4-6 weeks. 

Do you charge extra for phone support?

No. Support on the Debble platform is included in your subscription. This means that you can reach out to our support unit with your questions on the Debble functionalities.

Do you have training material?

Yes. All Debble implementations include training and adoption services. Also, we provide a knowlegde base as part of your intranet with all the how-to's you can think of.
